Let us tell you about our returns and exchange policy

You may request returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

We handle the shipping of the purchase. If the customer wishes to exchange the product for another item, she will be responsible for covering both shipping costs (return shipment and delivery of the new product)

Condition: Items must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return.

We accept returns of standard-sized garments, such as ponchos, ruanas, or accessories. However, we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made garments, as these are specially crafted for each customer.
