Shipments to our customers are free of charge throughout Uruguay.<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

We outsource the service to DAC or DE PUNTA. Once dispatched, we will notify you of the order number and specify which company handled the shipment so you can track your order through the logistics provider.

Returns & Exchanges<\/h2>

How to run?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

You may request returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.<\/p>\n

Cardan Cabos covers the initial shipping cost of the purchase. If the customer wishes to exchange for another product, they will be responsible for both corresponding shipments (return and delivery of the new item).<\/p>\n

Condition:\nItems must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for a return.<\/p>\n

We accept returns on standard-sized garments, such as ponchos, ruanas, or accessories.<\/p>\n

We do not accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order garments, as these are specially crafted for each customer.<\/p>\n

To request a design not currently in stock or in a specific natural dye color from our palette, don\u2019t hesitate to contact us\u2014we\u2019ll gladly assist you!<\/p>\n

To confirm a pre-order, we require a 50% deposit of the garment\u2019s value. Once the item is ready for shipment, the remaining 50% must be paid.<\/p>\n

GARMENT CARE & WASHING INSTRUCTIONS<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

Dry clean or hand wash gently in cold water with mild soap.<\/p>\n

Do not soak.<\/p>\n

Dry flat in shade on a clean surface.<\/p>\n

Do not tumble dry.<\/p>\n

Avoid hanging to dry\u2014this may stretch or distort the garment.<\/p>\n

Spinning mats the fibers, deforms the knit, and may shrink the garment.<\/p>\n

HOW TO REMOVE PILLING FROM YOUR WOOLEN GARMENTS?<\/h4><\/i><\/div>

\"Pilling\" comes from the English word \"pill,\" meaning a small ball or pellet. These are the little balls that appear on the surface of garments.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s common in wool, cashmere, or silk garments, and while they may detract from aesthetics, they do not indicate poor quality\u2014it\u2019s a natural and unavoidable phenomenon.\n\nWe recommend using a fabric shaver (a specialized tool for removing pilling).
